Made from heavy-duty polyethylene with a tough 14 x 14 weave count, these tarpaulins are designed to withstand demanding outdoor use. The material is waterproof, rotproof, shrinkproof and UV protected, helping it provide dependable protection through changing weather conditions.

At 200gsm, the material provides a substantial balance between durability and practicality, making it suitable for applications where a heavier-duty tarpaulin is required. Secure Fixing and Reinforced Corners

The tarpaulin features 12mm aluminium eyelets fitted at 50cm intervals around all four sides within rope-reinforced hems. This provides frequent fixing points, allowing the cover to be secured more evenly and helping to distribute tension across the sheet.

Riveted reinforced corners provide additional strength at key stress points, helping the tarpaulin withstand the tension created when it is securely fastened.

Choosing the Right Size

All given sizes are 'cut sizes', which is the industry standard terminology for the size of the material before it is fabricated into a tarpaulin. Therefore the 'finished' size may be up to 30 cms shorter.

Securing Your Tarpaulin

To get the maximum lifespan from your tarpaulin, it is important to secure it correctly. We recommend using bungee cords, which provide some flexibility and help distribute tension across the cover. Avoid rigid fixings such as cable ties or metal hooks, as these can place excessive strain on individual eyelets and may cause damage.

For the most secure fit, use all available eyelets when fastening your tarpaulin. This helps distribute the load evenly across the cover, reducing stress on individual fixing points and helping the tarpaulin remain securely in place in changing weather conditions.
