Tarpaflex Ratchet Up Their Product Range, With New Accessories for 2014
11th Sep 2024
In supplying tarpaulin accessories we aim to offer our customers as comprehensive a complementary product range as possible for use with their tarpaulins. It is with this in mind that we have added a new line of Ratchet Straps and Cam Buckles to our range.
Ratchets are a popular device in both domestic situations and the workplace, and can be used in a huge number of applications including securing your tarpaulin in place, or lashing a load of cargo to your truck, trailer or roof-rack. Ratchet straps are popular with builders and construction workers looking to secure loads in transit, and we have also had many requests for these handy devices from boat owners looking to protect their vessels. We've even heard from beekeepers looking to keep their hives secure against pests!
The new Ratchet range consists of 4 different products, all of which are 25mm wide and 4m in length. Made with durable British-manufactured polyester webbing, the ratchet straps have been treated with disperse dye, meaning that their colour will hold and will not run if the straps get wet. Furthermore, all ratchets conform fully to British standard EN12195-2 for those requiring a certified product.
With four attractive colour options of red, blue, black and green available, there is sure to be a product to suit your needs, be it the handy Cam Buckle, or one of three other ratchet options, which all boast safe working loads of 400kg, and advised breaking loads of 800kg; the Endless Ratchet comes with no attachment but has a zinc-plated pressed steel ratchet. The S-Hook Ratchet includes a PVC-coated S-shaped hook attachment, and the Claw Hook Ratchet culminates in a pressed steel hook, for easy securing.
